At Cartify, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

  • We strictly follow a No Refund Policy.

  • We only offer exchange in valid cases.

Eligible Cases for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

Claim Window (Strict)

  • Claims must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • A complete unboxing video is required for all claims.

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the parcel

    • Clearly show the issue

Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.

Exchange Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will initiate the exchange process.

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences (lighting/screen variation)

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

  • Claims without unboxing video

  • Requests made after 3 days
