We only offer exchange in valid cases.
Eligible Cases for Exchange
You may request an exchange only if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item
Claim Window (Strict)

Claims must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Mandatory Proof Requirement

A complete unboxing video is required for all claims.

The video must:

Start before opening the parcel

Clearly show the issue

Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.
Exchange Process

Once your claim is approved, we will initiate the exchange process.

Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Return Shipping

If the issue is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchanges for:
