No Refund Policy
- We strictly follow a No Refund Policy.
- We only offer exchange in valid cases.
Eligible Cases for Exchange
You may request an exchange only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
Claim Window (Strict)
- Claims must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
- A complete unboxing video is required for all claims.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the issue
Claims without proper video proof will not be entertained.
Exchange Process
- Once your claim is approved, we will initiate the exchange process.
- Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences (lighting/screen variation)
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Claims without unboxing video
- Requests made after 3 days
