1. What payment methods do you offer?

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, 

and Online Payments done through easypaisa/Jazzcash/Bank Account.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 30 working days, depending on your location.

3. Can I open the parcel before payment?

No, courier companies in Pakistan generally do not allow parcels to be opened before payment.

4. Do you offer refunds?

No. We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Only exchanges are offered in valid cases.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You must:

  • Contact us within 3 days
  • Provide a proper unboxing video

Without video proof, your claim will not be accepted.

6. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

No, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

7. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery.

8. How can I track my order?

A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
